What is Piety?
When a prayer or other spiritual encounter brings us closer to God.
Do I need to attend the whole weekend?
Yes, the weekend is a series of short talks that are intrinsically linked.
How much does it cost?
Currently there is no charge for those who participate due to generosity of others who have already been on a weekend.
Do you have facilities for those with a disability?
Yes, we have ground floor rooms available and a portable hearing loop is also available
Do you cater for special diets?
Yes, if you let us know on your application form we can inform the catering staff of your specific needs
How do I make a monetary contribution?
Although there is no charge you could donate by cheque with your application; at the closing service or by bank transfer if you request bank details.
Is there a nearby shop if I need to get essential items?
There will be a comfort box available at the weekend with items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc, should you forget anything. If a visit to a shop is necessary staff will undertake this for you.
What time does the programme end on the last day
We finish after the closing service which is at 3pm and followed by refreshments.
Can I bring my pets with me?
No. As animals are not permitted on the site other than assistance dogs
